Who is responsible

Radar App Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. is responsible for personal information collected through radarappdev.com. Our office is at Office # 708, 7th floor, Hill Trade Center, Hill Park, Karachi. For any privacy question, email hasnain@radarappdev.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the details you choose to send:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone or WhatsApp number, if you add it
• the service you are interested in, if you pick one
• your message

To protect the form from abuse, our server also processes your IP address. It is stored only as a one-way hashed value for up to one hour to limit repeated submissions. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

Why we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
• to prepare a proposal or quote you asked for
• to keep a record of our correspondence with you
• to protect the website and form from spam and misuse

We process this information because you asked us to contact you, and because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website and responding to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through our hosting provider. We share information with other service providers only when needed to run our business (for example email hosting), and only under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. If you become a client, correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet legal and accounting obligations, usually no more than six years after the project ends. Hashed IP values used for rate limiting are discarded after one hour.

How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to the staff who need it, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation scripts from the cdnjs content network, which means those providers receive your IP address when you visit. Links to Google Maps and WhatsApp take you to services with their own privacy policies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email hasnain@radarappdev.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to it.
